A. Platform Nature & Services

NeighborNode is a peer-to-peer intermediary platform designed to facilitate communication between neighbors. We provide the digital infrastructure; we do not provide the services listed in the ads ourselves.

B. ABSOLUTE DISCLAIMER OF LIABILITY (CRUCIAL): NeighborNode, its founders, and affiliates shall NOT be held liable for any direct or indirect damages, including physical injury, property damage, or financial loss arising from interactions between users.

No Endorsement: We do not background check users.
User Responsibility: Any interaction is conducted at the sole risk of the users involved.

2. Privacy Policy

Compliance: GDPR (EU) Standards

We collect Identity (Name/Email) and Location (Street/House Nr) solely for proximity matching. Your data is securely stored via Google Firebase and is NOT sold to third parties.

We use essential cookies for authentication and remembering your language preferences (Dutch/English).

NeighborNode is een peer-to-peer tussenplatform ontworpen om communicatie tussen buren te vergelijken. Wij bieden de digitale infrastructuur; wij leveren de diensten zelf niet.

B. ABSOLUTE UITSLUITING VAN AANSPRAKELIJKHEID: NeighborNode en haar oprichters zijn NIET aansprakelijk voor enige directe of indirecte schade, inclusief fysiek letsel, materiële schade of financieel verlies voortvloeiend uit interacties.

Geen Screening: Wij voeren geen antecedentenonderzoek uit bij gebruikers.
Eigen Risico: Elke interactie geschiedt volledig op eigen risico van de betrokken gebruikers.

Wij verzamelen Identiteit (Naam/E-mail) en Locatie (Straat/Huisnummer) uitsluitend voor nabijheidsmatching. Uw gegevens worden veilig opgeslagen via Google Firebase en NIET aan derden verkocht.
